Green Roof

Hanging garden with sightseeing

Right in the heart of Paris, on the roof of an art deco building, where concrete and gravel reigned, we designed and built 3 hanging gardens representing three moments of the day.

The garden of the morning freshness, which welcomes the first sunbeams, and in which white hydrangeas, with oak leaves such as 'Snow Flake' and 'little honey' , but also white Virginia hydrangeas 'White Dome' and a white wisteria from China bloom.

A few steps lead to the terrace of the garden of the day splendor, where Abeillus has designed a chestnut pergola, to shelter a long table for meals or work in peace and in full nature.

A little further, a fountain brings freshness and surrounds the vegetable garden, where Abeillus planted Tomato 'Black Crimea' (Solanum lycopersicum 'Black Crimea'), raspberry 'Heritage' (Rubus idaeus 'Heritage') and Lettuce 'Red Salad Bowl' (Lactuca sativa 'Red Salad Bowl'). The climbing rose 'Snow of April' (Rosa climbing 'Snow of April') captivates the spectator with their wonderful perfumes.

And finally, the contemplative garden offers a bird's eye view of the Bois de Boulogne.
